.22LR Ammo Storage

So recently On the Survivalist tubes guys are talking about buying and storing .22 ammo in "bricks". I am a large consumer of .22, Mostly because its the most fun way to blow $20 (Not necessarily because Im storing it). So as I was drinking my Coffee this morning I was thinking of some decent ways to store and trade/carry .22 ammo. I was thinking about bugging out with a .22 and considering my current setup, and I really hated the way I was storing my ammo. Currently I just leave it in the big bulk box, which usually ends up being destroyed by the bag and other things occupying that space. If I don't decide to take the box or I end up hiking I tend not to take as much .22 ammo. So A while back I started using the CCI plastic containers. Which are quite handy in opinion. I don't like keeping 20 mags on my person and ruining springs and the such. whats nice is that these guys carry 100 rounds of .22 in a reasonably small package. plus they can easily be stripped from the box without needing to dig through the rounds.

These appeal to me a little more than the average packaging because they are relatively sturdy, and I can leave them at the top of my pack in a smaller pocket without needing to worry about destroying the box.  Several of Them comfortably fit in a standard rifle mag pouch.
I love the Ruger BX-25 mags as much as the next guy, but to tell the truth there is no real way to carry them without jury rigging something. This is somewhat simple, and If you already shoot CCI ammo then you have nothing to really worry about. Plus you could always trade the stuff with it denominated this way If you were on a trail.

This is more just a thought from this morning, so I'll let you guys tell me if Im full of it on this one.
